Returns:
We hope you are delighted with your purchases and that the goods meet
with your requirements. If for any reason you are unhappy you may return
the goods to us in accordance with our return policy.
If after receiving the goods you decide you do not want them you have 14
days from delivery date to return them to us for a refund. All goods
returned must be unworn and repacked in the original box with labels
attached. Shoes must not be damaged or worn outside and no scuffing
should appear on the sole. (It is advisable to try on shoes on carpeted
area to avoid any damage to the sole) A copy of the receipt of purchase
must also be included for a refund to be processed.
Return the goods to us by post . The return postage charge must be paid by
the customer and this will not be refunded by the company unless the
item is faulty. It is advisable that you insure the return parcel so it
will be traceable as we will not be responsible for goods lost in the
post.
The goods may also be returned to any of our Shoe Rack Branches (click here for store locations)
throughout Ireland. A refund can be made if returned to a store within
10 days of delivery, and only to the original credit/bank card used for
the online item purchase, excluding any postage charges incurred by us.
It will be necessary to have the invoice/sales order issued with the
goods to process a refund which we will complete after we inspect the
returned item in the store. If you like we can offer you a gift voucher
for the amount that can be used in any of our stand alone stores.
If a product is defective in any way, please return it immediately and
we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the
product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be
reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations:
We can cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been
dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund
(excluding delivery cost). To cancel an order you must contact our
helpdesk on +353 1 8081719 or email [email protected] and quote your order reference number which you will find on your confirmation email.
